Returns
All items are printed and made to order, so we cannot offer returns or exchanges if you simply change your mind, or are unhappy with the print and product outcome.
If you think we’ve made an error with print or product, please send us an email with a photo to reference regarding any quality issues and we can investigate and respond with a resolution.
We always work collaboratively with our customers on all issues including returns. The nature of custom work is such that different approaches can be used and offered (such as credits, re-prints, discounts) to best suit the customer’s outcome.
Please contact Lesley at Artisan Fabrics should you feel a product is faulty and is required to be returned.
