How long will it take?
Production will commence upon payment. Our standard turnaround time is approximately 7 – 10 business days.
Postage and delivery
We work as closely as we can with our shipping providers to deliver the most up to date details and tracking information.
Delivery will be facilitated by Australia Post and will be paid for by the customer at the price indicated at the time of purchase. Artisan Fabrics will charge shipping rates to the customer which will vary depending upon the size and price of the product.

*Please note that certain fabrics : Panama Canvas, Organic Canvas, Terry and Velvet are heavier in weight and will cost more to post. There is a note in the Shopping Cart reminding you to select “The Heavier” Items Postage Costs for these fabric bases.
Should a package go missing in shipping we will work to assist you with the location of a package. We do not take responsibility for the third party service that is delivering a parcel. This is a service that has been paid for by the customer and claims for missing or faulty goods need to be taken up with Australia Post.
